    Free fun everyday this summer in Holladay Park! Big games including Giant Checkers, Connect Four, Corn Hole, arts & crafts, and much more. A drop-in craft table will be on-site as will ping pong and foosball. Our program will not be held on Fri, July 13 thru Sun, July 15 and Fri, July 20 thru Sun, July 22

    Tai Chi - Free Class!

    John McKinney is back in Holladay Park this summer, offering (2) back-to-back classes.

    Wed, June 13 - August 29 2018

    11am-Noon: Beijing 24

    An intermediate level Tai Chi practice. Fall Prevention Specialist John McKinney will present the elements of the 24 as an evidence based fall prevention exercise and provide accommodations to those with balance changes. This form takes about seven minutes to perform and gives the beginner a simplified introduction to the essential elements of Tai Chi, yet retains many of thee traditional gait steps of longer forms. form is an intermediate level Tai Chi practice.

    Noon-1pm Tai Chi Moving For Better Balance

    A basic Level Tai Chi practice. Tai Chi is an evidence based, community deliverable, and rehabilitation applicable class and has been developed using simple, graceful, easy to learn postures.
